These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pakgme platform. By registering an account or using any part of the pakgme service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pakgme ("pakgme", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pakgme.app and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
By accessing the pakgme website, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by using any feature of the pakgme service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pakgme platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakgme account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify pakgme immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pakgme shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions.
pakgme accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20 network). Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice. The current list is displayed in your account deposit section.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction unless a specific payment method dictates a higher minimum, which will be indicated at the point of transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pakgme, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your pakgme account are sourced from legitimate means and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods are prohibited. Suspected fraudulent deposits will result in account suspension pending investigation.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your pakgme balance instantly. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution and may take up to one business day. pakgme is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending documentation review. pakgme reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. pakgme processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's current withdrawal policy. VIP account holders may be eligible for expedited processing. pakgme shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
pakgme does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Check with your payment method provider for applicable charges.
All bets placed on the pakgme sportsbook are subject to acceptance by pakgme. pakgme reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Bets are not confirmed until acceptance is confirmed in the User's bet slip or account history.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or bet settlement (including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure), pakgme reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled and any winnings credited.
In-play betting markets are governed by the real-time data available to pakgme. Results for in-play bets are final as determined by the relevant officiating body. In the event of disputes regarding in-play bet outcomes, the decision of pakgme's trading department is final, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; insufficient number of participants; market error; or where the selection is clearly erroneous. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary service unavailability. pakgme shall not be liable for losses attributable to platform downtime, including bets placed or games interrupted as a result of technical issues.

Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
pakgme may suspend or terminate a User's account at any time with or without notice if pakgme reasonably determines that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or for any other reason in pakgme's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pakgme is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
